Please note that there should be 3 additional information should be given when you send your entry form in.

1- instead of  ICE or  FE  please mark  S1  or S2  and for F125 CLASS  write F125 class and mark out S1 and S2.

2- your kart number is your 2010 USSK memebership number

3- if you are racing with USSK for the FIRST time you only add $50 to the enrty fee and please write in first time with USSK. If you have raced with USSK in the passed and you are not a member your none member fee would be $100.00.

    IF any time during the TWS race weekend you wish to become USSK member  USSK will refund your none member fee back to you.
